18k (750mil) yellow gold pendant holding an onyx photo medallion inlaid with a fleur-de-lis set with a semi-set of fine pearls and rose-cut diamonds. The reverse has a small glass and gold opening for a photo or hair.
The bail is also set with semi-fine pearls.
Work of the 19th century. Master goldsmith's hallmark illegible.
