Pair of ovoid vases with cut sides and narrowed quadrangular necks featuring polychrome decoration in cartouches of birds and butterflies amid cherry blossoms, chestnut branches, poppy blossoms and lilies on a cream background with textured radiating motifs. Surrounding geometrically interlaced flowers on an orange background. Light turquoise shaded interior.
Signature stamp "TH.Deck".
Circa 1880-1890.
H : 30 cm
(Presence of a restoration varnish on the top of the border, probably due to chips).
