(As is). Jacques Goujon (1621-1693) was a fur trader before becoming a religious of the Observance of St. Francis. He made two trips to the Holy Land in 1636 and 1666, which gave him the material for this book, in which he offers a history and description of this part of the world through 23 visits, the last of which are devoted to Egypt.
